Our student body is divided amongst Pre-Primary school, Primary school and Middle school students Pre-Nursery to Grade VIII.
School Fee is payable quarterly by the 10th of the first month of the quarter. If the 10th of the month in which the school dues are to be paid happens to be a holiday, then the payment is to be made by the previous working day of the month. The school is extending a value-add-on facility to the parents by sending them reminders through circular / SMS / notification/E-mail regarding payment of the fee for the next quarter. In case of delay in circular/non-receipt of the same, this should not be taken as an excuse for any delay in payment of a fee.
From 11th to 15th, a fine of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty) per day will be charged
From the 16th to 20th, a fine of Rs. 100 (Rupees One hundred) per day will be charged.
In case of the cheque being bounced from a particular bank a fine of Rs. 500 will be collected for the same along with late fee as a applicable.
Parents are requested to retain the fee receipt of each quarter till the end of the session.
The payment will be accepted only in the form of a cheque/draft/online transfer/card swipe. No cash will be accepted. (Card swipe may levy extra charges as applicable by the bank.)
If the fee is not paid by the 20th of the same month, under Haryana Education Code 2010, Chapter 25, Sect. 3 article 24 (1) a and b, in case fee of a particular student, has not been received within the stipulated time period, the name of the same would be struck off from the rolls of the school & the child will have to be readmitted on payment of fresh charges as applicable.
